We hope you are never unhappy with our books, but sometimes readers are disappointed. If we mess up in some way, our goal is to "Make it Right" by granting refunds, exchanges, or special discounts. You can return pBooks ordered from Manning.com for a refund. You can cancel a MEAP subscription for a refund or a one-time exchange within 30 days of purchase. Because they are delivered immediately and are not returnable, eBooks are nonrefundable.

We always regret cancelling a MEAP, but unfortunately not all books make it to publication. In the event that we must cancel a MEAP, we offer all customers an exchange or refund. Customers that select the exchange option also get a bonus eBook.

Upgrades

Customers can get discounts to upgrade from an eBook to a pBook, or to upgrade to a revised edition from a previous edition. Please email a request to support@manning.com with the name of the title you'd like to upgrade to receive a coupon code.

Free eBook offer

Customers get an eBook free with any pBook purchased. They get it immediately if the pBook was bought from Manning.com, and after registering their pBook if it was purchased elsewhere*.

*Some restrictions apply. Books printed prior to the inception of our pBook registration program, foreign translations, and English-language reprints produced by Dreamtech Press for sale in India do not contain inserts and are not eligible for pBook registration.
